+ Membership Standards

  1. Members must function in at least one of the “ascension gift” ministries found in Ephesians 4:11.
  2. Shouldn’t have a sectarian or elitist attitude; but a heart for unity and the Kingdom of God.
  3. Should endeavor to walk in integrity and godliness of character. (as described in I Tim 3:1-7)
  4. Should walk in the light according to John 1:7. This includes a commitment to walk in the principles of Matthew 18:5-17 with fellow members of ‘CCC’. “Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church; but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man a publican.”
  5. Be committed to the personal and ministerial success of fellow members.
  6. Should believe in the stated purpose, vision, goals, and doctrinal statements of ‘CCC’. (found in #13 of “Methodology” found here, and in the “What We Believe” pages found here)
  7. Commit to financial fidelity. They commit to give equal to the amount required to be a member. (they are open to give more as the Lord leads)
  8. Commit to moral fidelity. (as described in point #5 in “what we believe” section)
  9. Promise to keep in the strictest confidence all personal and intimate information shared in our meetings.
  10. Prioritize pertinent meetings relative to their involvement in ‘CCC’.
  11. Members who choose to leave this coalition should commit to the following process.
    • (a) Personally communicate to the leadership of ‘CCC’ before making it official.
    • (b) If applicable – walk in the biblical principles that were laid out in point 4 before making a final decision.
    • (c) Above all, keeping the biblical mandate spoken of in Ephesians 4:2-4, “With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling.”

This includes not maligning or willfully trying to hurt or tear down this coalition or the members thereof. We are first and foremost Christians who put first the Kingdom of God and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.
